Just Another Beautiful Day in the Garden

Did you know that food could be so beautiful? The tuber of the Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus) are eaten somewhat like a potato and are also called sunchokes. They do taste a bit like artichokes. You can find these beauties in the Children’s Garden.
