Join others to experience the grace and beauty of movement meditation through the 5 Elements Form of Tai Chi. Learn Qigong exercises to build strength, foster mobility, and increase balance. Classes take place in the garden or inside garden buildings depending on weather. Wear weather appropriate clothing and bring water.
