World traveler, herbal expert and self-professed foodie Mark Ragland discusses ways to harvest and use your fresh summer herbs.  Learn when to pick, when to add to dishes and get suggestions for herb and seasonal food pairings – some of which might surprise you, like peach and basil ice cream.  Mark also shares tips for maintaining the herb garden as plants continue to grow through the summer.
