Sound Bath Session
HARMONIZE YOUR MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT: FEBRUARY

In a classroom overlooking the Garden, discover deep relaxation and healing with our Sound Bath Session, a transformative experience designed to rejuvenate your inner being through the power of sound vibrations. Allow the gentle, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments to wash over you, creating a meditative atmosphere, letting go of stress and tension. The vibrations penetrate deeply, promoting a sense of peace and tranquility within your mind, body, and spirit. Heighten your awareness and mindfulness as you journey inward, connecting with your inner self and experiencing profound relaxation in the beauty and peace of the Garden. Led by the Garden’s own Michelle Israel, this session offers a safe and supportive environment for you to unwind, recharge, and align your energies. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or simply a moment of complete relaxation, our Sound Bath Session invites you to explore the therapeutic benefits of sound vibrations.
