Relax your Neck
AND LIBERATE YOUR SHOULDERS

Instead of continuing to recycle the same poor posture points that lead to your neck and shoulder pain, come and experience something different. Learn about the function and use of your neck and shoulders, liberate your mobility, and incorporate a better feeling posture into your daily life. This class includes gentle functional movement exercises, ball rolling, mindfulness, and imagery techniques to improve posture, function, mobility and the relaxation of your neck and shoulder girdle.
