ORGAN AWARENESS:
LUNGS
Your organs define your overall health. Different from classes exercising the limbs and muscles, this workshop offers awareness, and a felt experience of your lungs. Learn to incorporate your organs into movement patterns and mindfulness practices. Cultivate an inner perceptual awareness through organ exercises and experience a deep sense of aliveness. Each class includes instruction postural organization, the breath rhythm of the diaphragm, basic anatomical information on the topic organ, the breath rhythm of the topic organ, gentle exercises and imagery tools. Ball rolling, tapping, and partnering exercises are possible. Clothes should be fitting, not too loose and not too tight.
Fees: Member $25, Non-Member $30
