Flow Yoga
Lunchtime Session
Take a midday break and join Iffet Araniti-Davis, E-RYT 200, for an hour long flowing yoga class to set you up for the rest of your day. This practice will help you build strength, flexibility and give you a wonderful relaxation at the end. Yoga sequences are set to upbeat and fun music to keep you moving and feeling GREAT! All levels are welcome. This online class is presented live so the temperature is always perfect. Can’t take a break? Links to recordings are sent after each session.
