Earth Day Celebration with Mister G

Join the Garden for a family-friendly Earth Day celebration starring Latin Grammy Award-winner Mister G. Known for his deep love of the natural world, Mister G’s concert will offer children a fun and engaging way to learn about environmental stewardship through his original songs and stories. His dedication to environmental causes, reflected in his music, will inspire and entertain visitors of all ages.

During the event, Mister G will also read from his popular book Señorita Mariposa, which educates children about butterfly migration and conservation. This book is a perfect way to combine entertainment and education, fostering a love of nature in young readers.

During your visit, meet a few of the artists behind our new outdoor art exhibition Homes & Habitats featuring installations inspired by the natural world. You can also explore the universally-accessible Klaus Family Tree House and climb a 100-year-old Mulberry Tree in the Children’s Garden, and join our educators for lessons on planting and seed saving.
