It’s beginning to look a lot like…our busiest time of the season! Here are some tips visiting GardenFest during our busiest time. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to be as friendly and efficient as possible to accommodate the increase in the number of guests choosing to visit Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights.
TOP 5 TIPS
- Have your advance tickets printed out or ready to scan on your phone.
- Carpool! It’s always a good idea.
- Come early or come late. You can enter the Garden as early as 4 p.m. and watch the magic as the sun sets and the lights begin to shine. The Garden is also less busy after 8:30 p.m. and we stay open ’til 10 p.m.
- Parking. With online tickets now required and a limited number available each half-hour, we expect less congestion in the parking areas and ask that guests carpool and arrive no more than 15 minutes before their scheduled ticket time. If you should find the parking lots full, or experience delays as cars are exiting, please allow a few minutes for a spot to become available. Our teams will be working to expedite the entry and exit of vehicular traffic within the parking lots during the busier times and we appreciate your patience.
