Vinyasa Yoga: Flow with Breath
MARCH-APRIL

Join Michelle Israel for an invigorating Vinyasa yoga experience that synchronizes movement with breath to create a seamless flow of poses. Vinyasa, which translates to “flowing with breath,” focuses on connecting each movement with inhales and exhales, allowing you to deepen your practice while maintaining a mindful awareness.
In this class, you can expect:
• Dynamic Sequences: Flow through a series of poses that are carefully curated to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Breath Awareness: Cultivate a conscious connection to your breath, using it as a guide to move gracefully from one pose to the next.
• Mindfulness: Develop present-moment awareness as you flow, fostering a meditative state that enhances relaxation and mental clarity.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have a seasoned practice, modifications and variations will be offered to accommodate all levels. Join us to energize your body, calm your mind, and leave feeling refreshed and centered.
All levels welcome.
