Modern Casseroles
with Chef Anne

Many of our mother’s casseroles relied heavily on canned cream soups, tinned vegetables and salty seasoning packets. Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala shows you how to update the classics and make some new showstoppers. Join her virtually as she demonstrates how to create modern casseroles using fresh ingredients and delicious flavor combinations with some make-ahead friendly options.

Miss the opportunity to taste the dishes demonstrated? Pre-purchase a small to-go vegetarian casserole for $9 each that you can reheat at home. Pickup at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden Thursday, January 28 from 2-4pm or Friday, January 29 from 9-10am.  Note: Casserole pre-purchasing is closed, but registration for the virtual class only is still open.

This is an online class via Zoom.  Can’t attend the live class?  If you pre-register, you will be sent a link to the class recording (available for a limited time only) which you can view when convenient.
